Pisani & Roll can advise clients on whether a client’s internal controls over import-export operations is sufficient for Sarbanes-Oxley purposes. We also can offer the client an unbiased, neutral third party opinion as to the sufficiency of the internal controls. If we find that any controls are lacking, we work closely with Company personnel to create them, along with standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are company, situation, and employee appropriate.
